Returns & Refunds
Our return policy allows you to return items within 10 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Please note that if more than 10 days have passed since you received your order, or if the items were bought on sale, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its complete packaging and tag and be sent back to us using a standard mail service or shipping carrier.

Please note that submitting a request is not a guarantee that it will be approved. Power Nutter monitors all claims to identify potential misuse or abuse of our refund policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will handle each request individually.
Requests for high-value orders may take longer to review.
Refund Policy Exclusions:
Items returned to Power Nutter without an approved request cannot be processed.
Please return the correct item, Power Nutter is unable to keep items that were mistakenly sent to us.
Power Nutter will not accept damaged or opened products.
Engaging in abusive activity such as initiating chargebacks or refusing orders may result in warnings, forfeiture, or a permanent Power Nutter account suspension.
Power Nutter reserves the right to limit or deny requests deemed to violate or abuse our policies or involve any fraudulent activity.
