How long does it take to get my order?

The pre-sale items are expected to be delivered in late-July 2026.

For ready-to-ship items, most orders will ship in 1-2 business days. You should expect to receive your order within 3 business days after it has been shipped. Please allow an extra day or two around holidays and promotions due to increased order volumes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all local orders!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this moment, we only deliver to addresses within Hong Kong. However, if you're interested in receiving our products in your country, please send us a message, and we'll get in touch with you.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive within the expected delivery time?

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 working days. To assist you more effectively, please provide your order confirmation number.
